To inspire patriotism in fellow youth and across generations by volunteering on behalf of military and veterans through community service, advocacy, and education.
Youth for Troops provides family-friendly community service opportunities for all ages with a goal to support veterans and deployed service members. Volunteer opportunities could include assembling care packages, writing appreciation cards, decorating boxes, making plastic mats, and holding flags for patriotic events and funerals.
While Youth for Troops is honored to impact our world globally by sending packages to our heroes, we are also proud to provide service opportunities for businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals that impact our local community. We hope to have children, youth, and families desire to serve veterans and service members through events with Youth for Troops. We have volunteer opportunities for all ages 0-120 years to support our heroes. We ask that you download and sign the Permission Slip and Code of Conduct forms for each family. These forms need to be turned in prior to your first event with us. The forms will remain valid and on file with YFT until contacted in writing. Thank you.
Exciting news!!! Youth for Troops is excited to share that we have a new permanent home in the Anthem Civic Building. This will allow us to have all of our events at the same location and add more to our calendar. Email us today to book your private event for family, friends, coworkers, or groups. We will be available any day by appointment. We hope this move will allow us to create more community service projects for all ages.
